💡 I created this set of principles at the foundation of the company. Many of it constrain us, but constraints give birth to creativity, and with abundance — laziness and degradation are born.

- We work 100% remotely and asynchronously. It requires a high level of information sharing and advanced communication culture when you don't have a chance to call or write a chaotic message to the chat waiting for an immediate reply or call an all-hands meeting when a reply doesn’t come
- Our financials are fully open. Everybody knows who earns what, where the company earns money, and who are our investors and shareholders.
- We have pretty straightforward grades and all the promotions have clear roots
- We build our communication on a basis of an agreement. One time per quarter we agree on key targets and bonuses together with each other as well as consequences in case some of the agreements will be breached. It's an open process, a list of all the agreements and their statuses available to everybody. For some super-secret agreements, we use aliases.
- We don't have and will not have an HR. Our leaders look for and hire people by themselves as well as it's leaders' duty to develop, teach and do other people-related duties, because, it's literally what a manager's job is. At some point maybe we will have people who will help with job postings and the first screening of the CVs and only in case we will not be able to automate this job.
- We don't have secretaries, assistants, porters, and someone to rake the stables. If at some point we will open a fancy office, everybody will put his cup to the dishwasher.
- We don't have and will not have any mandatory meetings and service level agreements on chat answers time. We proceed from the fact that our colleagues do their best for our mutual interests, at least until their agreements.
